The 2008 General Assembly enacted Senate Bill 1407 (Session Law 2008-158) to require a person that resells an admission ticket on the internet at a price greater than the price on the face of the ticket to file an informational report each month with the Department of Revenue. This report is due by the 10th day of each month and covers the receipts from the resale of tickets during the previous month.

Form TR-110, Internet Resale of Admission Tickets Report, is the form used to report the information required by the Department.
