Change to E-services Log-in Process May Be Needed After Sept. 17, 2014
September 12, 2014
Beginning at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014, some taxpayers who have bookmarked NC DOR’s E-Business Center homepage may need to change that link before they are able to log in. The change is related to the update and improvement of security settings for a new release of the State of North Carolina’s NCID services.
While we do not anticipate any issues for most users, you can test your computer’s compatibility by clicking the link below:
Taxpayers who can access the link above should be able to connect to the E-Business Center after the conversion date. For individuals who have bookmarked the e-Business Center web page, please delete the shortcut you’re using now and bookmark the new link for access to the e-Services homepage.
Taxpayers who need assistance accessing the web page can call the Office of Information Technology Services’ Help Desk at 919-754-6000 or 1-800-722-3946.
