Tax Practitioners can call 919-754-2500, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, to speak with Department of Revenue tax professionals who can assist them with many of their technical and account specific questions about corporate income and franchise tax, individual income tax, sales and use tax, and withholding tax. Forms are available on our web site or they can be obtained by calling toll-free, 1-877-252-3052. To check the status of refunds, use this web site or call 1-877-252-4052.

Electronic Services: Tax Practitioners who have questions concerning participation in the e-file program or who are experiencing problems transmitting electronically filed returns should continue to call the E-Services Help Desk at 1-877-308-9103 (toll-free). Select Option 1 at the Main Menu, and then select Option 2 ("For Assistance With Electronic Filing of Individual Income Tax Returns") at the next menu.
