The Software Developer Response Form may now be submitted electronically. Software developers need to complete the document in its entirety and submit the completed copy to nctaxefile@dornc.com. An email confirmation will be sent within 2 business days of receipt of the Response Form. If you have not received an acknowledgement within 2 business days, contact the E-file Development Unit at (919) 733-1674.

To submit your copy, follow the instructions below:

1. Access a copy of the Software Developer Response Form by clicking the link below.
2. Complete the fill-in version with the required information.
3. Send the completed form to nctaxefile@dornc.com.

Note: If you are unable to email the completed fill-in version of the form, you may print the form and fax it to the attention of the E-file Development Unit at 919-715-6158.
